From 2 to 6 November in our city there passed the tenth Krasnoyarsk fair of book culture. The Central theme of the fair this year is "Modernity as a dialogue with tradition". I attended the event on 6 November and will tell you about the most interesting. At the disposal of the fair, there were 5 large-scale pavilions. Two of them consisted of endless rows of book stands. Classics, children's books, fantasy, fiction, nonfiction. From such a variety of books, you can wonderment , so it is advisable to go to the fair with a purpose. Each stand was represented by a certain publisher at the fair they had 300, so it is quite difficult to visit all in one day. The most popular booths of famous companies that have earned the trust of readers and stands with an unusual concept that represents a non-standard books and gift products, has attracted the attention and original images sellers, such as a guy with a painted paper bag on his head behind the counter comics and women in a Russian outfit selling handmade Souvenirs.

Very many unique books imported in single copies. Adults and serious people excitedly discussed the instance of the Jewish book Israel, the teenagers are passionate about comics snapped up posters and admiringly looked at the 900 page copy of marvel comics, and there were stands dedicated to the music, ethnic and other paraphernalia. Stands of our local publications not only znaklomili us with literature but our writers and represented us here are almost museum pieces. My soul has affected the enthusiasm with which representatives of the publishers were talking about books, newspapers and souvenirs they brought. For all that has been presented to us were people, their history and exploits. Therefore, it becomes sad when you take into the hands of an old photo or a book of the Soviet writer. In addition to three hundred stands representing book publishers book fair is an opportunity to plunge into its creative program. It trainings, master classes, lectures, meetings, performances, exhibitions. Work on them goes on three sites simultaneously. I liked streches with foreign students, it was two guys from Greenland and two from the Faroe Islands. 

I attended the meeting with Philip Mortensen, he engaged in artistic activities and his audience is on the Internet, he says, "I wanted to make comics art, convey them to a deeper human feelings and thoughts, then I began to appear sad comics"

Complex compositions were presented at the exhibitions of contemporary artists. They were very popular because most visitors did not find the sense in them. Nevertheless, everything was esteticheski nicely decorated. Present a multimedia composition combining sound and animated image or video. Thus a picture could not only see but also hear.                                          

The lectures had a lot of information useful for people interested in literature as science. People they always were many. After watching, I noticed with great enthusiasm the students not only participate in the dialogue but also argue with the lecturers

I think that everyone should go to this event. Not because it is an important cultural event, but because fair covers such a huge number of topics that everyone will find something to their liking.
